Day1:- Fitness test/ give up smoking
Day 2:-interviews
Day 3:-Presentation
Day 4:- review
Day 5:- fitness test evaluation
Research
Day 1:-
Research places where the fitness test can be taken place.
Day 2:-
Ask people who would be willing to be interviewed on the subject.
Day 3:-
Research what i need for the presentation and present. Get the feeling of the smokers recorded.
Day 4:-
Make sure the two smokers explain how their day went to show the effects of quitting smoking on themselves.
Day 5:-
Do fitness test in the same place as previous and record their evaluation on the week.
